[geomoose-psc] Incubation meeting prep

I haven’t approached anyone about this however, and those pages you already identified already exist and could/should be consolidated (Can I delete or hide them?) into one. Personally I don't have a preference, only a recommendation: put it in whatever is easier for your community to edit. I assume that is in the GeoMoose wiki?

And yes please delete the OSGeo wiki pages when you have moved or replaced that content :D

I think answering the question, backed by a link for any discussions should be fine. I did something similar for GeoServer.
