[geomoose-psc] Freenode, GeoMoose, future PSC Meetings

Hey folks,

Let's keep Friday's meeting on Freenode. I would like to add an agenda item
to discuss a future platform. Jitsi has been mentioned for video chats,
which I am open to, but maybe a chat platform with logging would be nice
for PSC meetings. Slack has substantial momentum and other open source
projects do host channels there but would love folks to bring ideas.
