[geomoose-psc] December PSC meeting

Howdy PSC folks,

I believe we discussed moving up the December PSC meeting by a week,
however, it looks like that did not get recorded in the minutes, so I'm
unsure if we will get a quorum if we hold a meeting today. I will open up
the channel just in case.

The only order of business is the budget, which is basically already
agreed. It would be good to get any remaining +1 votes on the record so
that we can close that thread and then the plan is to submit our line item
to the OSGeo budget by COB today.

We currently have +1 from Jim, Eli, Jeff, and myself. If anyone else is
able to add a +1 today that would be welcome.
