[geomoose-psc] PSC Approval of Proposed Budget request for 2026

Dear PSC members,

At the October PSC meeting we discussed submitting an OSGeo budget request
similar to the prior requests with the following categories:

   - $1,000 for sys admin work, reviews, and pipeline work
   - $500 for packaging
   - $1,000 for documentation (and service testing)
   - $1,500 for a Code Sprint

Please reply to this thread with your votes, so that we can proceed in
November at the appropriate time.
