[geomoose-psc] Oct PSC Meeting

Sounds like a great agenda item, and yes, I'm planning on a PSC meeting
tomorrow too at the usual time.

Only other agenda item I have at the moment is that we should submit a
budget request to the OSGeo Budget for a similar ask to prior years. No
guarantees that we will get anything, but establishing an earlier
submission deadline for ourselves will improve our chances of being
included in the 2026 budget.

11am Pacific, 1pm Central, 2pm Eastern, 3pm Atlantic
