[Geomoose-users] Scalebar image size problem

The graphic scalebar doesn't work on a stock 2.0 setup.  There are two reasons for this:
1) I just haven't tested the mapfile...

2) There's no way to turn off the "image buffer" or "guttering" that happens with OL unless you're using Trunk/2.2.
