Anyone with some insight of 'moving' the Property Search Menu to an
'button' search function?

I have a created search button that I would like to utilize as the
Property Search function.
Within the xml I've tried:

<service title="Property Search" selectable="false" default="false"
locked="true" icon="shared/images/toolbar/search.gif"
highlight="shared/images/toolbar/search.gif">
		     <input title="Search by PIN"
href="javascript:ServManager.startService('Search for Parcels by
PIN')"/>
		     <input title="Search by Owner"
href="javascript:ServManager.startService('Search for Parcels by Owner
Name')"/>
                 <input title="Search by Address"
href="javascript:ServManager.startService('Search for Parcels by
Address')"/>
	      </service>

Which doesn't result in anything at all.
Any insight would be appreciated.
