I actually have both, 2 years of imagery is in SID and 2 in ECW. I just need to convert the ECW files to TIF or SID and I should be fine. Thanks again.

I should have added that I've seen good performance using MrSID and TIF instead of ECW files.

Yes, I believe it was in 5.6.1 or MS4W 3.0. Erdas has changed their license policy and now requires anyone using ECW files to have a license. A license is not needed for non-commercial use, but the license specifically defines governments as commercial use. Does anyone know if support for ECW imagery has been removed from Mapserver? I ran GDALINFO --FORMATS at a command line and ECW is not listed.
