[Geomoose-users] Using the Dynamic Select Function

Hi everyone,
 
I used the online GeoMoose Documentation to set up the Dynamic Select function. I have gone through all the steps listed but I am having a problem figuring out how to use the function. Is the Dynamic Select function used in conjunction with a certain tool or am I just overlooking something? Thanks for your help.
