[Geomoose-users] Add New Customer Calling Service

I had seen a function on an ArcGIS Server based application and was
wondering if an equal service could be possible using GeoMoose.

 

The function of the service would be to call water service customers based
on a query in GeoMoose.  For example, there will be a water supply outage
along Main Street because of water crews doing some type of work, the user
would start up GeoMoose which has a point layer representing each customer
and contact information, then the user would draw a polygon around the main
street area, then GeoMoose would gather all the customers within the polygon
and would spit out a file to some other phone hardware which would in turn
start calling each customer with a prerecorded message.

 

Has anyone setup anything like this before?

 

What would the ball park cost be?
