[Geomoose-users] Making background color transparent

Bob,

     What is your output format?  And specifically does it support transparency?  There are some details in this message,

    Also for MapServer services, are you using <param name="TRANSPARENT" value="TRUE"/> same for requesting a format the supports transparency.
