Thanks for your response.  The instructions on the website for IIS6 are easy to understand.  Unfortunately, IIS 7 appears to be nothing like IIS 6.

I've not used IIS.  You are probably familiar with this IIS6
documentation:
http://geomoose.org/docs/install_ms4w.html#step-3b-configuring-microsoft-iis-6-0-web-server

Once you figure it out, feel free to open a ticket with details (ideally as a patch for reStructuredText / Sphinx) and I'll get it on the website.
