You'll need to make an extension. If you look in the bookmark code itself, I believe there is a "GeoMOOSE.bookmark()" API function that returns the URL or partial URL needed to make a bookmark.
With the extension you can whip up some dynamic HTML to put that into a DIV in the middle of the screen and/or write that to a database for whatever reason you deem necessary to write it to a database.
