[Geomoose-users] how to add a disclaimer

Hello,

Hopefully just one more question about the javascript disclaimer...

The person that I am setting up a site for is concerned that the popup could be disabled.  I know it is common for web browsers to block regular popups, but is it common for a web browsers to block javascript alert()?

You may want to search the documentation.  I found a few more things:

If these don't seem sufficient, please consider opening a ticket with specific suggestions for changes, ideally in patch form.

Do you want a popup, or a Map layer specific disclaimer?


You could even use a default layer set to display over the map as a way of installing a disclaimer.


The layer specific version can be handled inside of MapServer via a MAP configuration.
