[Geomoose-users] Documentation question- vector layers

In the GeoMoose documentation, under "using vector layers", http://www.geomoose.org/docs/vector_layers/using_vector_layers.html the page says that "Configuration of vector layer is covered elsewhere".   I cannot find that information anywhere in the document.  Where is that page located?
