[Geomoose-users] Select Features

Hello,

The select features tool can do a couple things:

*         Select features from a shape that you draw

o   Example use:  select all the parcels along a stream

*         Select features from a buffer around a shape that you draw

o   Example use:  select all the parcels within 100 meters along a stream

*         Select features from a buffer around other features

o   Example use:  select all the parcels within 100 meters of the boundary of a wildlife refuge


P.S.  I did notice a bug where the correct results are selected, but not always highlighted on the map.

Hello,
I am new to Geomoose, I didn't understand the  usage of the Select Features tool.
What does the "Select Features from" and "Using Features in" mean?
When I click on "Go" some lines are being displayed on the map, What does those lines mean?
How actually the information regarding that figure drawn is being done?
