[Geomoose-users] request for quotes: Add "heads up" measurement information to drawing tools

Hey Mark,

This is a feature that I know Dean with Oregon Counties has requested for a while.  Basically: have the shape automatically label itself with the length or area when finished.  While "drawing" keep an active indicator showing the length or area, as appropriate.  I think that would be a good addition.

At this point, I'd be hesitant to add it to 2.2, if only because the 2.6 code base is substantially more pleasant with which to work.
