[Geomoose-users] EPSG vs ESRI code issue

My guess is it will work as far as GeoMoose itself is concerned. I am not
sure how it will interact with WMS/WFS servers.
In the distant past, I successfully used a made up EPSG code to get a
custom projection (Ramsey County, MN) through WMS.
