My apologies.  I did add a few lines of debugging code, but I am still having trouble even with the original php files.  The line that I am threw the error is "$as_download = $_REQUEST['download'];" which should be around line 37.

Next,
I should further clarify what works and what does not.  The "Parcel Report" works fine.  The "Print Map" service does not.  I tried adjusting the output template, image quality, browser, etc and I have had no luck.  The service create files including a white jpg image, a pdf file that contains "Map" as the title and the standard logo but there map area itself is white. I think I really need to find out why the print map function is only spitting out a white image.  All of the other features in GeoMOOSE appear to work fine.
