[Geomoose-users] Mouseover features?

We actually have code integrated into the proposed 2.7 that will allow for
mouse-overs on vector layers. We've been chatting about UTF Grid support
but left it off the table for the time being. I'm in support of adding it
(since it's becoming increasingly "standard") but UTF Grid additions will
require some consideration as to how to properly implement in scope of the
rest of the GeoMOOSE user experience.
