[Geomoose-users] New GeoMoose MS4W Build Process

In preparation for the next GeoMoose release, I am testing an updated
process for building the GeoMoose MS4W package.  The main objective of
the change is to update the process to work from our Git repo instead of
our old Subversion repo.

I would appreciate it if a few of our experienced Windows users would
take a look at the result of the new process and see if it continues to
work as expected.
