[Geomoose-users] General question related to adding a Splash screen to GeoMoose upon startup.

IIRC Brian Fischer and the Houston guys had an extension that did
exactly that.  It's not too hard to do using either HTML/CSS tricks or
some javascript.

My long term hopes are always to have the application load fast enough
that a splash screen isn't necessary.
