[Geomoose-users] WMS layer not honoring legend="false"

Greetings,

Another non-MapServer observation.  I have a GeoServer WMS layer defined in
the mapbook, with the <layer legend="false">, but the legend still shows up
when the layer is turned on.

Thoughts on where to look at fixing this behavior?
