[Geomoose-users] refresh layer

Jim,

   Thanks!  Looks similar to what I was thinking, but I was planning to 
just change the coordinates of markers if the "fid" matched to eliminate 
"flicker" as the markers were removed and then added.  Did you see any 
flicker in your implementation?
