[Geomoose-users] Metadata link

Dan - I noticed this ticket is now closed. Does this mean that it will be a
part of the 2.9.3 release? I'm not familiar with GitHub.
Our client is requesting the metadata link beside the layer name, with an
option to have a meaningful icon for the link.
