Also, after you are happy with how it is working, consider setting up a
HSTS header so that browsers can't be duped into going to the HTTP site.
And even then start with a short maxage (5 minutes) before going to a
longer recommend maxage.

Don't do it until you are happy everything is working though because you
could lock people out of your website.
