[Geomoose-users] GM 3.2.1 Adding a help button

Dear list,
It seems to me that the process by which to add a help button (as described
in 2.9.x documentation) is not the same for v3.2.1.
Is there any guidance on this?  Thought I'd ask before heading down the
rabbit hole.
