[Geomoose-users] GM 3.2.1 Adding a help button

I see two options, others may have better ideas:


1) Easy: add it to the <div id="header"> (or wherever fits your design) 
in index.html

2) Harder: Write a "help" service and add it to the toolbar (create a 
help-service.js file, add it to index.html, app.js, mapbook.xml).
