[GeoMoose-users] visible changes relationship with dist folder

The GeoMoose library (as opposed to the demo/example applications that use
the library) is built from source (modules combined, optimized, minified
via webpack) and the result is put in dest (as is tradition for npm
packages).

If you modify the library code (mostly in src) it needs to be rebuilt for
the changes to make it into dest.

We include the source in the downloads in the sprit of being a free/open
source project.
