[GeoMoose-users] GeoMoose 3.10.0 Released!

Hey folks!

A small GeoMoose release is ready! Version 3.10.0 is mostly a dependency
update and cleanup with a small *bonus* feature!

There has been a long standing desire to disable the highlighting of
certain features on the map. This can be the case where many layers overlap
but some geometries are large and can block the meaningful smaller
features.

This update will not change any UI features and is mostly a bug fix
release. We recommend it to all current users of the current GeoMoose 3.x
series.
