[GeoMoose-users] search on startup

Hello,

I forgot how to format a link that will search for a specific parcel when we start up GeoMOOSE 3.  We could do this in GeoMOOSE 2.x using a link such as "geomoose.lyonco.org/geomoose2/geomoose.html?call=search_parcels&qitem=PARCEL_ID&qstring=01-001001-0"

Please let me know how I can do this.
