[GeoNode-devel] uploaded layers

Layers uploade are first put in an uploaded folder, then uploaded again to
GeoServer.

A past dev version required the original file in the uploaded folder be
there or else it caused all sorts of errors when you tried to do certain
things (edit metadata, mess with thumbnails).   The thumbnail stuff is all
cleaned up, but is there anything else tied to the files in the uploaded
folder or can they be safely deleted?
