[GeoNode-devel] Building GeoServer source for GeoNode

Hi, I'd like to know how to build GeoServer from source for use with
GeoNode. What other source codes should be included in the build (all I
know is geonode-geoserver-ext
<https://github.com/GeoNode/geoserver-geonode-ext> should be built with it)
and how should I include them? Thanks!
