[GeoNode-devel] Fixing Geonode master syncdb

Dear all,
accordingly to this issue

https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode/issues/2488

the DJango migrations arebroken due to the old versions of GeoNode
components

geonode_dialogos-0.4
geonode_agon_ratings-0.3.4
geonode_user_accounts-1.0.10
geonode_avatar-2.1.4
geonode_announcements-1.0.7
geonode_user_messages-0.1.2

I see the associated Pull Requests from Emanuele Tajariol have been merged,
but this won't be sufficient in order to let GeoNode working again.

We need to update the components versions, push the new packages into pypi
and update the GeoNoser Seup.py file with the new versions.

How can we do this? Is there an administrator who can help us issue the new
releases?
