[GeoNode-devel] Proposing Francesco Bartoli for commit access

Dear devs,

as per subject I'm pleased to propose Francesco for commit access,
he's the owner of GeoBeyond http://www.geobeyond.it/
<http://www.geobeyond.it/>, he is helping a lot of users on the mailing
list and did commits on master [0].

He also actively participated in the latest GeoNode code sprints and done
GeoNode presentations in conferences such as GeoPython
<http://www.geopython.net/>[1] and is the author of GeoAvalanche
<http://geoavalanche.org/>.
