[GeoNode-devel] Django fulcrum app

I do understand the value-add of the application itself. I just don't know
why it should be hosted under the GeoNode org on GitHub. I'm +0 then for a
repo.
If we proceed, please keep it as a separate repo and not contrib app, so we
avoid any future issues with code under a "viral" license, attribution
issues, or other complications.
So +0 for repo. -1 for a contrib app.
