[GeoNode-devel] Swagger UI

Sure.

I'm not as interested as documenting GeoNode Django admin features, but
features used by "consumers".

I'd like to make it super simple for external developers to learn how to
integrate a collection of GeoNode-based data services into their own
apps/services.  For example, I create a layer for location of grain silos,
markets, etc. and maybe some simplified APIs (distance to market from
latlon).

Swagger seems like a tool used widely in many projects, so would decrease
the barrier for learning how to make OGC/CSW/etc. API calls.
