[GeoNode-devel] Remove Edit Document button if no permission to do so

Hi devs

On the Documents tab, the Edit Document button appears regardless of permissions. When clicked it offers a useless (empty) dialog. It should be hidden if the user has no permission to edit metadata or manage (update) the document. This is how the Layers tab already behaves. (Tested in version 2.4).
