Hi all

No reply so I've raised 3 issues covering this:

  * #3293<https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode/issues/3293> Resource list pages: LHS menu occupies too much screen space on mobile
  * #3294<https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode/issues/3294> Maps not responsive to touch on mobile
  * #3295<https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode/issues/3295> Map view layout issues on mobile (small screen)

Are these worth working on or are there plans to replace Geoexplorer with something else?

Regards
Jonathan

Subject: [GeoNode-devel] Geonode on mobile phones

Hi all

To make Geonode more accessible, the basic functions such as navigation, search and mapping should work well on mobile devices. This would let people stumble upon the site and explore it on mobile.

But there are a number of bugs e.g.:

Layers list:
LHS menu occupies too much space

Layer-detail & map view:
Cannot pinch-zoom
Feature info doesn't work

Map view:
LHS panel occupies too much space
Control to hide LHS panel is too small

Is there any plan to fix these? Would bug fixes here be rendered unnecessary by some other development?

Should I raise individual issues for these?

Regards
Jonathan
