The answer stays the same. You can load layers into geonode A) from 
a second geonode B) via the 'remote service' menu point.

If I remember correctly currently only public layers from B) can be loaded
as there is no option for authentication yet. This will change in future.
@Alessio please correct me if I´m wrong.
