[GeoNode-devel] Move to Release 2.8

Not that easy to achieve right now, especially due to some incompatible
dependencies on which whom GeoNode core is currently based.

It's a bit I do not challenge the upgrade to Django 1.11, maybe something
changed in the meanwhile.

I'm also aware of some groups planning to give it a try.

For sure having updated Celery to version 4.0 should easy the process a bit
more.

In any case, we plan to discuss about GeoNode 3.0 architecture during the
GeoNode Summit, and base it on latest Django versions and Python 3. So,
let's see the outcomes of the meeting.
