Hi Julierme,
so I will hijack this thread to provide an update, next week we will
update the site accordingly.

Up to now we have got around 45 answers of people interested in the
summit, which is good.

The event will take place in Viareggio as planned from the 11th to the
13th of June.
The main event will be on the 11th and will be free. We are going to
book a room for 60 people so will ask to register; that will be the
hard limit. breaks and lunch will be provided.
The idea is to propose users and developers workshop for the 11th (1h
45' to 2h each in a row) and then full afternoon of presentations (15'
each, very focused).
Developers meeting will be on the 12 and 13 must probably in our
office (which is closeby) so seats will be limited, most probably 10
to 15.

Lodging should not be an issue. Viareggio has tons of hotel and the
first day will be held in the meeting room of one of the hotels on the
seaside (we are discussing with a few of them).
For traveling:
- Viareggio can be reached easily by train from most important
airports in Italy.
- Closest airport is Pisa, but there is also Florence, Bologna and
(farther) Milan and Rome. I would suggest flying to Pisa, but
otherwise Florence and Rome are quite convenient in terms of taking a
train.
- If someone is arriving by car, Viareggio is right next to 2 highways
