[GeoNode-devel] GeoServer doesn't show layer just after

Thanks Toni for you help
after some debugging I believe the incorrect behavior is caused for
our instance because we have DELAYED_SECURITY_SIGNALS set to True.
After restoring this to False everything works as expected - at least right now.
