[GeoNode-devel] GeoServer doesn't show layer just after

Dear all,
if you set the DELAYED_SECURITY flag to True, you must also be sure the
"cronjob" or whatever is running and currently refreshnig the GeoNode
permissions.

@Paolo Corti <pcorti at gmail.com> di you noticed the flag "dirty"
disappearing after some time? If yes, it might be a regression causing the
management command to not being able to sync the GeoFence rules anymore.
