[GeoNode-devel] version.txt 404

Hi devs
I have noticed that I see in my instance a request to
/layers/version.txt each time I visit a layer details page. How can I
get rid of this?
I see that it should be related to the monitoring application (I have
found "version.txt" in some of the fixtures), but I am unsure why
MapStore is looking for it?
This is happening in one GeoNode project. I don't see this happening
in GeoNode master as of today
