[GeoNode-devel] Customization map layout - layer always visible

Hi Simone,

I would just create a map as template with the mentioned layers added. Users can open this map template and change and add layers and save a copy of it as their own. To have a custom basemap showing in the basemap selector you would have to create a basemap yourself as WMS and add it to the list of basemaps like:

Betreff: [GeoNode-devel] Customization map layout - layer always visible

Hi all,

Is it possible to customize all the map layout (layer view, create map, new map, etc.) to add a layer always visible over the other one?

The idea is if for example if I create a map with a raster layer in my Geonode, there is already, in the map template, a vector layer with a perimeter on top of it.

What’s the best way to do it?

Thanks

Simone Tritini
