[GeoNode-devel] Geonode 3.2.0/Python 3.8.9(32bit)/Windows 10 : Developpment mode : DatabaseError

Hi,
I have successfully installed geonode 3.2.0 on Windows 10 but when I try to
test the application locally on Chrome navigator at http://localhost:8000;
I get some error messages after adding a layer in arcgis format
(alger_regions.shp).

To start geonode, I executed the command ( command prompt windows 10):
*paver start_django | paver start_geoserver*
