The Geopackage Upload function is available in CartoView as an independent
app that is not a part of geonode, from this app the user can
- Select a number of layers and download these layers as one geopackage
very useful for backup
- Upload a geopackage that contains a number of layers and in this case it
will automatically load all these layers at once instead of loading the
data one by one.
