[GeoNode-users] help with geonode-geoexplorer layer query

Albano it doesn't sound like Geonode is the problem nor the solution...
Sounds like it'd be easier to look into a simple web map that you could
pass the geoserver a WFS request; using some javascript or django forms to
inject/append a CQL filter into... and use a format like GeoJSON which will
load/focus the webmap to the feature when returned
Trying to get Geoexplorer to do this sounds a bit bulky; and would require
you to modified how maps get loaded/saved; is this scenario a reoccurring
need for your data/use of Geonode?
