[GeoNode-users] can't upload vector layers, but rasters okay

Hi Charles, did you change the geoserver admin login here?
https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode/blob/master/geonode/settings.py#L498, if
yes make sure you also updated them in geoserver, you can use the geoserver
web interface.
